   Scenes 1-3: Nicholas watches Kathryn as she surfs.    Scene 4: Kathryn is harrassed by a stranger and deals with him, Nicholas marches in thinking he has saved the day.    Scene 5: Nicholas brags about saving Kathryn, which she finds infuriating.    Scene 6: Arguing with her boyfriend Kathryn doesn't notice Nicholas and runs him over.    Scene 7: Kathryn runs into Nicholas and the two meet, she invites him out for a drink.    Scene 8: Angry at Nicholas's arrogant and insensitive attitude Kathryn fights with him and knocks him over.    Scene 9: Kathryn confides in Nicholas about splitting up with her boyfriend.    Scene 10: Kathryn and Nicholas continue a tearful argument, Nicholas stumbles away.    Scene 11: Nicholas tries to fit in with Kathryn's friends at a club.    Scenes 12-14: Nicholas stands by the surf at night, Kathryn desparately tries to find him before he does something stupid. |
